Overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, lost, sad, anxious . . . ?
These are a natural part of living. If they take hold, however, they can change the way we see the world, and wreak havoc in our emotional lives. You may want to talk to someone about it.

No one corners the market on anguish; our sorrows and struggles are personally unique to each of us. Anxiety and depression can take a toll on our energies and thwart our best intentions to thrive. If we don't work these things out, we silence our own say in how we'd like to be. That's why talking to someone can be helpful.

Whether you have an immediate concern or deeper life story issues, I can provide a safe and supportive place for you to be who you are and where you are. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), symptoms of panic attacks, social anxiety, and self-defeating cycles of behavior. I also provide counseling and treatment for those dealing with issues of aging, loneliness and isolation, and new or ongoing struggles with sexual identity.
